भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक ने बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 की धारा 56 के साथ पठित धारा 35ए के अंतर्गत रामगढ़िया को-ऑपरेटिव बैंक लिमिटेड, नई दिल्ली को दिनांक 7 जुलाई 2022 के निदेश सं. DEL.DOS.EXG_SSM.No.S515/12-10-013/2022-2023 के माध्यम से 8 जनवरी 2023 को कारोबार की समाप्ति तक छह माह की अवधि के लिए निदेश जारी किए थे, जिसकी वैधता अवधि को पिछली बार दिनांक 6 अक्तूबर 2025 के निदेश सं. DOR.MON.D-31/12.28.115/2025-26 के माध्यम से बढ़ाया गया था। भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि जन हित में, उक्त निदेश की परिचालन अवधि को 8 जनवरी 2026 को कारोबार की समाप्ति से आगे बढ़ाना आवश्यक है।
