Shri Jaikish, Chief General Manager & Principal, holds an MA in Economics and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He also holds a Certificate in Debt Sustainability Analysis and has passed Level II of the CFA. Joining the Reserve Bank of India in 1996, Shri Jaikish has amassed nearly three decades of diverse experience across various domains, including Payment & Settlement Systems, Expenditure and Budgetary Control, Supervision of Banks, Human Resource Management, and External Investments & Operations. From 2012 to 2017, he served as the Officer In-Charge of the Panaji Regional Office of the RBI, where the office made significant strides in Financial Inclusion. Before assuming his current position as Principal at the College of Agricultural Banking (CAB), Shri Jaikish was the Regional Director, leading the Belapur Regional Office of the RBI.
